All My Lists was built to help you keep life organized, not to collect your personal information.
Your personal lists stay under your control. We do not receive it, store it on our servers, or have access to it.

Information We Collect
The All My Lists app does not collect, store, or transmit your personal lists. The optional website email signup is described below.
Your lists, list items, settings, themes, and other app data are stored locally on your device.
If you export a local backup, you choose where to save or share it. Backup files contain readable list data and remain under your control. They are not stored on Frankly, LLC servers.
We do not require you to create an account to use the app.
Analytics and Diagnostics
No third-party ads or tracking. Free includes occasional promotions for other Frankly apps. Lifetime Unlock removes them. Your lists stay on your device.
All My Lists does not collect analytics about your personal content.
If your device or operating system is configured to share anonymous crash reports or diagnostic information with Apple or Google, those reports are governed by their respective privacy policies.
In-App Purchases
If you purchase the Lifetime Unlock or other future purchases, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple or Google.
We do not receive or store your payment information.
Third-Party Services
All My Lists relies on Apple and Google for app distribution, purchases and certain platform services.
Those companies operate under their own privacy policies.
Data Security
Your information stays on your device unless you choose to export a backup or share your lists.
All My Lists includes optional security features such as app lock and device biometric authentication where supported to help protect your information from unauthorized access.
App lock protects access through the app. It does not encrypt your stored lists or exported backup files.
While these features improve security, no system can guarantee complete protection.
You are responsible for protecting your device, maintaining your password if enabled, and controlling access to your device.
Backups
Saving and restoring a basic local backup are free, optional features.
Export a backup file and keep it in a location you trust. These files are not encrypted by the app. Automatic cloud backup is not available yet.
Frankly, LLC cannot view, access, or recover those backups.
Without an exported backup, your information exists only on your device.
If your device is lost, damaged, reset, replaced, or your data is deleted without a usable backup, your information may be permanently lost.
Because your information is never stored on our servers, Frankly, LLC cannot recover or restore lost data.
Optional Website Email Updates
If you choose to sign up on our website, we collect your email address to send All My Lists launch news and occasional product updates. Signup is optional and does not create an app account or share your lists.
Resend stores your email address in our All My Lists Updates subscriber group. We do not sell it. Signup does not send an email notification. You can unsubscribe from future updates or ask us to remove your signup by emailing support@franklyaf.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we do, the revised version will be posted here with an updated Effective Date.
